intended only for the use only of exhibitors and visitors to China
Fisheries & Seafood Expo 2010.
To take advantage of these exceptional discount rates, you
must book directly with Sea Fare Expositions, either by phone, fax
or on our website. Once you make your room reservation, one
night¡¯s room charge will be billed to your credit card. The
balance will be charged two weeks before the show. Please read our
cancellation policy carefully before booking.

Cancellations: 50% of one night room charge will be charged
for cancellations made after September 19th and prior to October 24th,
2010.
• A TWO NIGHT room fee will be charged for cancellations made
on or after October 20th, 2010.
• If no show on the date of arrival the hotel will hold your
pre-paid room until check-out the following day. No refund will be
issued for the missed night. Sea Fare Expositions, Inc. is not
responsible for late arrivals or no show due to flight delays,
cancelled flights, etc.
• If no show after check-out time the following day and you
have not notified Sea Fare Expositions or the hotel of your pending
arrival, your room will be cancelled and all charges,
EXCEPT TWO NIGHTS, will be refunded. |
