After submitting your reservation, you will receive an email confirmation from Sea Fare Expositions. Once Sea Fare Expositions has received the room confirmation number(s) from the hotel you will receive an invoice from Sea Fare Expositions showing the charge for the 1st night for each room and the balance that will be charged by Sea Fare Expositions approximately 2 weeks prior to the show. Please allow up to 3 business days to receive your invoice. Any incidental charges incurred by each guest will be collected directly from the hotel.

Note: One night deposit will be charged to credit card upon receipt of booking request. Balance due will be charged 14 days prior to arrival at hotel. All incidental charges, room service etc., will be paid directly to the hotel.
•  Cancellations: 50% of one night room charge will be charged for cancellations made after September 19th and prior to October 24th, 2008.
•  One night room fee will be charged for cancellations made on or after October 24th,
   2008.
•  If no show on the date of arrival the hotel will hold your pre-paid room until check-out the following day. No refund will be issued for the missed night. Sea Fare Expositions, Inc. is not responsible for late arrivals or no show due to flight delays, cancelled flights, etc.
•  If no show after check-out time the following day and you have not notified Sea Fare
   Expositions or the hotel of your pending arrival, your room will be cancelled and all
   charges, EXCEPT ONE NIGHT, will be refunded.
