Payment & Cancellation Policy

By reserving hotel rooms from Sea Fare Expositions, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment Policy

• Full payment is due at booking
• All rates subject to a 15% service charge
• If the credit card you provide is declined we will contact you – if we have not received updated payment information within three business days, the room will be released to general booking
• We are unable to refund room charges on one credit card and re-charge them to a new card – this will be considered a cancellation and result in a penalty
• All incidental room charges will be settled by guest’s own account during check-out

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made before October 15th will incur a one-night penalty
• Cancellations made on or after October 15th will incur a two-night penalty
• No refunds will be issued for “no shows” – you must cancel your reservation prior to your scheduled check-in date
• No refunds will be issued for early departures
• If your travel is delayed and you are unable to check in on your scheduled date you must  so we may request that your room(s) be held – no refunds will be issued for missed nights

This payment & cancellation policy applies only to rooms booked at participating hotels through Sea Fare Expositions. For rooms not booked through SFE or at non-participating hotels, please refer to the payment & cancellation policies of the hotel or website where you made the reservation.
