How To Exhibit

COME EXHIBIT WITH US!

All of our show contractors have worked at CFSE for over 23 years and have the experience to make your participation as an exhibitor as productive and as profitable as possible.

Because we are moving to a new venue, it will take additional time to assign space for CFSE 2020.
We will begin assigning space as follows –

DECEMBER

Assigning space to returning National Pavilions

JANUARY

Assigning space to returning individual companies.

FEBUARY

Begin assigning space to new exhibitors.

Once your company has been assigned booth space, we will send you a contract to reserve your space. After the contract is received by Sea Fare, you will be invoiced for a 50 percent deposit. The balance will be due June 1. Payment is due in full for space reserved after June 1.

Contact Us and give us an idea of the size of the space you will require. We look forward to your company being an important part of the world’s largest seafood show.

  • Exhibitors have a choice of contracting for ready-to-exhibit space, which includes walls, lighting and furniture, or they can book raw space and contract with a stand builder.
  • CFSE contractors can offer graphic design services, stand construction, freezer and refrigerated case rentals, live tank rentals and freight forwarding and customs clearance for product samples.

Now that your ready to exhibit at the world’s #1 seafood show, encourage more visitors to come by your booth through many of our proven marketing strategies.

Persons under the age of 18 years will not be allowed in the exhibit halls, including infants in strollers or carriers. Child care services are not provided and are not available at the Expo Center. If you are traveling with children, please make appropriate arrangements for their care during your visit to the show.

“It keeps getting better and better every year, this year has been by far the best. I can’t tell you how well organized the show has been. When we arrived at our booth before the show, everything was already set up and in place. We’ve never seen that at any show we have exhibited at before.”
