VIP Business Dining Lounge Reservation
Introduced for the first time this year, the VIP Business Dining Lounge is an exclusive on-site space for exhibitors and trade buyers, conveniently located on the 2nd floor of the Registration Hall. Enjoy fine dining in a calm, private setting — the ideal place to host clients and make every meeting count.
Reservation Guidelines
Reserve Via Contact Form
- Please submit your reservation at least 3 days before the exhibition opens.
- Once your reservation has been received, our dedicated service representative will contact you 1 day before the exhibition to confirm the final arrangements.
- During the exhibition, the lounge is available daily from 10:00 to 17:00.
- Seating is available by reservation only, and reserved tables will be held accordingly. Walk-in guests are also welcome; however, seating is subject to availability. We will make every effort to accommodate your request and recommend that you contact the service desk upon arrival.
- You may submit your reservation using either of the following methods. After receiving your reservation, our dedicated service representative will contact you to confirm the arrangements.
