HOTEL PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICY

By reserving hotel rooms from Sea Fare Expositions for attendance at and / or participation in China Fisheries & Seafood Expo, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Payment Policy

  • Prices include all taxes & fees
  • Full payment is due at booking
  • We are unable to refund credit card charges and re-charge them to a new card
  • Incidental room charges will be settled by guest’s own account at check-out

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made after October 1st will incur a $150 cancellation fee
  • No refunds for cancellations made after October 15th
  • No refunds for changes or reduced stays made after October 20th
  • No refunds for “no shows”, early departures, or missed nights
